My Tropical Retreat
This is the front of the villa located on the 12th hole at Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club. 
The living room is light and bright and tastefully decorated. It is done in more of a tropical theme. It has a great view of the golf course and the pond. 
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a pantry as well. There is a small kitchen table with a nice view of the water. 
The den is just off the living room with double doors. It is a cozy place for watching television. 
The dining table has a great view of the water and golf course through the lanai. 
The master bedroom has a great view as well. It has a small television in it. The bathroom is large with double closets and double vanities. It has a walk in shower. 
The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has its own bathroom.
Wow! And that great view from the back. I rent this home by the month only. During the peak months of January, February and March the rent is $2000. During April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December, the rent is $1500. These rental amounts include all utilities. It includes, phone with long distance, high speed internet, cable TV and all lawn maintenance. There is a tax of 9% which includes tourist tax and sales tax for stays that are less than six months.
