This is the living room. It has vaulted ceilings and a great view of the golf course and the pond.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. It has upgraded white cabinets and a small table for having coffee. The kitchen has a great view of the water.
There is a cozy den that has a television with 62 channels.
There is a larger dining table that seats six. The view is remarkable.
The master bedroom has a television with DVD player. The bath has double closets and double vanities with a walk in shower.
There is a second bedroom with its own bath tub, shower combination.
Wow! What a view of the golf course from the lanai. I rent this home by the month only. During the peak months of January, February, March the rent is $2000. During April,May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December the rent is $1595. These rental amounts include all utilities. It includes, phone with long distance, high speed internet, cable TV and all lawn maintenance. It includes total use of the clubhouse and all activities that they offer as well as discounted golf. There is a tax of 9% which includes tourist tax and sales tax for stays that are less than six months.
