Sitemap for Tampa Bay Golf and Country ClubBecause Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club is a large community and the Sitemap is a trifold piece, I have divided it into three separate sections which I will explain individually.
The entrance to the community is off of State Road 52. It is about 1/4 mile from the exit at Interstate 75. The small green square is the guard house. As you proceed you will see the Welcome Center on your right. The main street through the neighborhood is Old Tampa Bay Drive. The Nine Hole Executive Course in on the left side of the road as you travel south. The other holes that you see are part of the 18 hole Championship Golf Course. All of the lots in this area have existing homes on them. Some are for sale with fabulous views of the water and golf.
As we continue to proceed south on Old Tampa Bay Drive, you will see the Clubhouse and pool on your right. The Aqua Range is the driving range. Also on the right you will see some orange and some purple lots. The orange lots will be the estate lots at the Clubhouse Preserve. The purple lots will be villa lots. On the left side of the road you see the first golf hole, the eighteenth golf hole, and numbers 13, 14 and 12. The salmon colored lots behind hole number 12 will be villa golf course homes. The other lots all have existing homes on them.
Hopefully you can tell where the salmon colored lots hook onto each other. Again, the light purple, the yellow and the green lots are existing homes and villas. The salmon colored lots will be the new villa style homes when they finally go in. The following is a video of the area if you have not seen it already:
