The following are what the three plans for the patio homes will look like. The prices range from $179,990 to $197,990. All homes have double garages. They all have either two bedrooms with a den or three bedrooms.
The St. Andrews model is an open and light plan. The price is $179,990. There is an incentive being offered of $6,000 at this time. 
The Prestick is priced at $189,990. It also has the incentive of $6,000. 
The Turnberry is priced at $197,990.
