Tampa Bay Golf Vacation Homes
I have a Tampa Bay Golf Vacation Rental with golf right outside the back door. Actually, I have two golf course villas available for rent on a monthly basis. They both have scenic views of a pond and the 12th hole at Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club , which is a gated adult community. One of my properties is called My Tropical Retreat the other is called My Country French Cottage. The community offers 27 holes of golf as well as a fabulous clubhouse with pool and spa. There are tennis courts as well. This is an adult community with a guarded security gate. I can not rent to families with children. I can rent to adults only.
These two homes come completely furnished with everything you could possibly need. They are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. They include all utilities, cable television, high speed internet service and telephone with free long distance within the United States and Canada. Both homes have a screened lanai where you can watch the golfers in the distance. There is a peaceful pond right outside your back door.
Both homes have double garages with automatic openers. Rents during Jan, Feb. and March are $2000 per month. The other months are $1500. There is a sales tax of 7% and a tourist tax of 2% for rentals less than six months. I might allow a small dog on a case by case situation. I would take a $500.00 pet deposit.
