Tampa Bay Golf Communities
Tampa Bay Golf Communities have become very popular places to live and to retire as well. There are over 70 golf course communities in the Tampa Bay area. I have done a great deal of talking about my favorite, Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club because I believe it to be such a good investment at this time, however, there are so many other possibilities. Golf courses that are close to Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club would include The Abbey Course at St. Leo University, Scotland Yards in Dade City, Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club on Highway 52, and Lexington Oaks Golf Club in Wesley Chapel. There are two golf courses in Land O' Lakes, The Grove Golf and Country Club and Plantation Palms Golf Club. Lutz offers several courses. They are the Tournament Players Club of Tampa Bay, TPC Tampa Bay, Cheval Golf and Country Club and Heritage Harbor Holf and Country Club. New Port Richey offers Fox Hollow Golf Club, Heritage Springs Golf Club, Seven Springs golf and Country Club and Timber Greens Country Club. These communities are within a 30 minute drive of Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club. Most of the golf course communities throughout the Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas county areas offer elaborate clubhouses and gorgeous landscaping to attract home owners. No agent can be familiar with all of the communities even if they say that they are. I am most familiar with Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club. I can be of help with any golf course community within the area as well. Probably the best way to start a search for the community of your choice is to do an area search or a search by city. Deciding on a price range will help narrow the search and also the age of the home if that is important. Some communities offer new construction and other are completely built and would only offer resale homes.
As you search for Florida Golf Real Estate in each city you will get a better picture of what each one has to offer. It would simply be too great of a task to see all of the Tampa Bay Golf Communities. The search has to be narrowed down somewhat. Then, once you have decided on the area that you are interested in you can search for golf course communities in that area.
