Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club New Homes

There was a new home division in Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club, however, it has stopped doing business for now.

Home sales have been very slow for developers all over Florida.

I anticipate that someone will come in and plan to develop the land and the lots that are remaining in the near future. When that happens, I will make a change to the site and put all of the new home information on this page.

In the mean time.... resale homes are a great value right now. We have homes that are 3 to 13 years old throughout the community. There are some incredible values.
