Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club New HomesTampa Bay Golf and Country Club new home plans are available now. Construction will begin soon on many new home sites that have just become available. Right now "INCENTIVES" are being offered. On the Estate homes there is a $12,000 incentive. On the Executive homes there is an $8,000 incentive and on the patio homes there is a $6,000 incentive. These incentives are to be used for extras or closing costs. In order to receive the incentive you will need to use the builder's preferred title company and lender. The first group of four plans is called the
Estate Series.
(To see all of the plans) The homesites will be in the Clubhouse Preserve area. They are very beautiful plans ranging from 2117 to 2477 Square feet. Prices range from $279990 to $299,990. Garages on these homes all accomodate golf carts as well as two cars.
The photos above are all of the largest plan available. It has three different elevations (front designs) available. This home features three bedrooms plus a study. There is a sitting room off the master. It has a large master bath with two walk in closets. There are three other home styles in the estate series as well. There is a second group of five plans called the
Executive Series
(to See all of the plans) These homes range in size from 1,771 square ft to 2100 square ft. The prices range from $229,990 to $264,990. All of these homes have room to accomodate a golf cart and two cars as well. They all feature a covered lanai. They all feature either three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a study. The largest of these plans called the Riviera is featured below.
The Riviera features three bedrooms, two baths, and a 2 car garage with Golf cart area. It also has a covered lanai. The following features are included in the Estate and the Executive Series homes.
There is a third group of homes called the Patio Homes. (To see all of the plans) There are three patio home plans to choose from. The sq. ft range from 1443 to 1724. Prices range from 179,900 to $197,990. These homes all have double garages. They all have three elevations to choose from. Two of them have two bedrooms and a study. The third has three bedrooms. All have two baths. The Turnberry is the largest of those plans.
