If you are looking for Tampa Bay Corporate Rentals or a Tampa Bay Furnished Rental that is in a beautiful and peaceful setting then this might be the place.

I have two fully furnished rentals that are on the golf course at Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club . They are available to corporate renters on a monthly basis throughout the year.

They are fully furnished with everything you could need for your stay. The homes have double garages.

The rent includes all utilities, cable television, high speed internet, lawn maintenance and phone service.

There is a fabulous clubhouse available for use. The pool is open year round and is heated. There is an exercise room as well. Many other activities are available.

The price is $1500 per month during April,May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December. In Jan, Feb, March, the rent is $2000 per month.

The homes are about a 30 minute drive north of downtown Tampa. The actual location of the homes is near where Highway 52 intersects with Highway 75.
